If you haven't figured it out yet, my name is Talon Dunning. Talon Cole Dunning, to be precise. If you'd like to know more about me, read on. I'll try to be brief.

I was born in Atlanta, GA. in October, 1972. My parents named me "Talon" much to the dismay of my more conservative relatives, who thought I should have been a William or a Robert or something like that. Anyway, I moved to Miami, FL. in 1981. I graduated from Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory, a private, catholic high-school (not a singing school), ten years later, after which I attended Auburn University in Auburn, AL. There I studied graphic art, painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art in 1997 (I lost two years when I changed my major from graphic to fine art) at which point I moved back to Atlanta to pursue a "career" in freelance illustration and graphic design.

Exciting stuff, eh?

On a more personal level, I'm Caucasian (Scotish/Irish/German decent), 6'1", 180 lbs with brown hair and eyes. My hobbies include roleplaying games, comic books, movies, television, sci-fi/fantasy novels, classic rock and just about anything else that's entertaining. I love to be entertained. I have a strong interest in the arts, be they visual or performing and generally have a good time no matter what I'm doing. I'm a real happy-go-lucky kind of guy. I don't lead a very stressful life and tend to be really laid-back and relaxed all the time. I've been told I'm nice to a fault. I've yet to figure out how being a nice guy is a fault, though.

I'm single (and available, ladies!) and live alone with a smoky gray cat named Smog, two turtles and two aquariums full of tropical fish.

Well, that doesn't really begin to explain who I am, but it will do for now. If you'd like to get to know me better, feel free to email me at everwho@comcast.net. I'd love to hear from you.

Here's a few links to other websites I created or are of interest to me (links to my clients' websites can be found in the PRO gallery):

The Studio Inc. The Studio is a collection of my father's architectural renderings and other neat artistic stuff he's collected. I produced the current version of the site for him in early 2003.

The RPG Illustrator's Showcase. This is a Yahoo group that I created and maintain as a means to bring other professional RPG illustrators, art-directors and fans together to share tips, stories and art. It's a fun place with some familiar names as members. Check it out!

Arcane•Marks - The Gallery Fantastic. Original roleplaying game material, including full color character-sheets and character portraits, all created by myself and a few of my friends. Also the home of my very own virtual publishing company, Fantatic Gallery.

The Atlanta Auburn Club. A private, Atlanta-based club for alumni and fans of Auburn University. Say...that's a snazzy logo they have!
